I work primarily on long term Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) projects for a range of blue-chip brands. I work to improve users' online experience, increase leads, improve sales and excite clients. I currently enjoy working at PRWD. I have previously worked as a web analyst.


In 2012 I completed an MSc in Management at the Manchester Business school, graduating in September. My undergraduate degree was in Linguistics from the University of York.

I work with top retailers to improve website conversion, or more simply to imporve the quantity and quality of sales. My tasks range from observing moderated customer research sessions and remote testing sessions to hypothesis development, wireframing, A/B and MVT Testing and mucking in with some internal marketing activities.


Applied Web Analytics

My role as web analyst primarily revolved around Googlle Analytics, but also covered more qualitative user reserach projects. This involved doing basic configuration testing and delving into some more serious analysis for E-commerce clients. Responsibility for content creation and overseeing projects. While there, I completed my Google Analytics Individual Qualification.

I ran DesignStandard full-time for a year after graduating from university. I worked on projects to designing logos, develop corporate branding and design and develop websites.
